It is important to me to acknowledge that seeking therapy can be difficult, especially if you have had negative experiences with treatment in the past. It is my goal to help you overcome whatever you are wanting to change in the moment. Beyond that I want to empower you to continue growth beyond your time in therapy. I strive to create a safe environment for all people and believe that dignity and respect are critical to any treatment setting. My practice is actively; feminist, rooted in advocacy, and anti-racist. Together we will work towards a future of you being able to stop and start therapy as you determine it is needed. I work closely with all genders, sexualities, races, and cultures. My modalities are rooted in DBT, ACT, Gottman, mindfulness, Emotion Focused Therapy, and co-identifying thoughts and behaviors that are unwanted or unhelpful. I also specialize in working with individuals with disabilities; providing dignified services that focus on empowerment and the clients' goals.
