Life inevitably comes with its challenges and disappointments. Perhaps what is more painful than the challenges themselves is the feeling that you are going through them alone. My goal is to provide a space for you to feel that you are not alone as you navigate the overwhelming waters of grief, pain, and sorrow. I hope to come alongside you and give you permission to be seen and accepted just as you are as we work to undo the aloneness of pain.
