The choice to seek therapy is a profound act of vulnerability and bravery. It takes courage to reach out for support when processing trauma, grief, or hardship. I recognize the strength and resiliency already present within each one of us. Our aim, together, is to help nurture these powers within us and utilize them to help promote growth and achieve the goals that are important to you.
