LCSW

We all deserve to feel safe, seen, heard, and valued. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and supportive space, allowing children and adults to be their authentic selves and feel supported through life's challenges. I use play therapy, movement, and mindfulness exercises to help individuals release trauma and emotions stored in their mind and body.
