Stevie St. Clair
LCSW
We all deserve to feel safe, seen, heard, and valued. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and supportive space, allowing children and adults to be their authentic selves and feel supported through life's challenges. I use play therapy, movement, and mindfulness exercises to help individuals release trauma and emotions stored in their mind and body. By using a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, my goal is to empower both children and adults to learn emotion regulation skills, process through difficult thoughts and feelings, and take steps toward creating a healthier life.
