Choosing to seek out therapy is an act of profound bravery. My role as your therapist is to provide a safe, affirming, and empowering environment for you to reach your goals. I believe that all people hold within them the power to change and grow, but sometimes it can be difficult for us to see those things within ourselves. By engaging in a collaborative, strengths based approach to therapy, we can find that power together.
Whether you are new to therapy or just haven’t found the right person yet, I would be honored to have the opportunity to walk with you in this journey.

Education: The University of Kansas

Specialties: LGBTQ+ diversity, postpartum mood disorders, couples

Therapeutic Modalities: Narrative therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths perspectives, Gottman certified couples therapist
