I partner with individuals and families who have reflected on their lives and have decided to make a change. It takes courage and vulnerability to seek counseling. My role is to instill hope, provide encouragement, and teach skills to manage the ever-evolving stressors of life. I believe all individuals deserve to feel seen, heard and have within them what is needed to heal and change the narrative of their life.

  • Individuals ages 4+

  • Individuals needing parenting support

  • Couples (using level 1 and 2 Gottman Method couples therapy)

  • Children seeking play therapy 

  • Teens and adults experiencing anxiety/depression

  • Teens and adults facing life transitions

  • Sandtray therapy 

  • Individuals dealing with panic attacks or social anxiety 

  • Young adults navigating relationships 

  • Individuals seeking support through grief and loss

Qualifications:   

Licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Master Social Worker, Registered Play Therapist™

Education: University of Kansas School of Social Welfare

Specialties: Child-centered play therapy

Therapeutic Modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy, Gottman Level 1 and Level 2 Certified

Hourly rate: $150
