The idea of therapy can be scary and trying to find the right therapist can be even harder. This is a great place to start and I am here to help you face that fear and enter into a space to facilitate change. Support can make a world of a difference and you have the chance to rewrite your story at any time. My goal is to celebrate your willingness to try and encourage you to keep going in the direction you want your life to go. I am looking forward to creating a safe space and lending a listening ear to you.
