Beginning to navigate through life and all of its twists and turns can be scary and overwhelming, especially for youth and young adults. There can be many unknowns and obstacles that can bring about feelings of depression, anxiety, stress, and others. I desire to provide therapeutic approaches to work alongside youth and young adults to grow into the best versions of themselves. I aim to provide a safe, open environment to allow youth and young adults to heal and work towards healthy goals and desires. In utilizing play therapy techniques, youth can learn coping skills and gain knowledge and tools to take with them through life by doing what they do best, Play! I believe that meaningful conversations to address challenges, an open space to vent, and find working together to find solutions can be not only freeing, but healing.
