If you are seeking someone skilled to support you in your healing journey, it would be an honor for me to join you. I understand how challenging it can be to allow yourself to be vulnerable and to reach out for guidance. I am here to hold space for you so that you can begin to heal and return back to your authentic self. I’ve walked with many clients down their path to healing and I use a variety of skills and techniques that foster growth, love and acceptance.
Having been in the field for over 20 years, I bring a wealth of life experience and skill to help you facilitate the change you are seeking. I specialize in working with people overcoming addiction: drug and alcohol, sex, pornography, and food. I also have years of experience working with trauma and even more specifically, how trauma relates to addiction. My passions also include helping people who struggle with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, self-worth, shame/guilt, and stress management.
