One of the most beautiful things about the human experience is our ability to change, grow, build resilience, and overcome difficulties. Reaching out for help and support during a difficult time can be hard, but is an important step to leading a healthy life. My goal in therapy is to meet you where you are, focus on what is important to you, and support meaningful changes in your life. I use a strengths-based approach in therapy and work to create a safe and affirming environment for all to explore themselves. In my office people of any race, gender, sexual orientation, or religion are welcome, accepted, and celebrated. I look forward to meeting you.
