You deserve the space to feel safe, important, valued, and worthy-- to be the you-est version of you! Sometimes it’s hard to remember that you are deserving, let alone believe it. As your therapist, it is my goal to walk next to you as you learn, process, grow, and heal. Through the power of connection and vulnerability, you can do hard things, you can let go, and you can rebuild. I am a firm believer that your past and present do not define you, and although change is scary- it can also be incredibly freeing and empowering. Give yourself permission to show up with grace and compassion as we work together to create a life worth celebrating.
