Sometimes along the way, we get lost, get hurt or struggle to overcome challenges. I believe in the power of hope for healing and recovery and strive to help others listen to their own heart and mind and feel valued and understood. Therapy is a mutual process of finding your path and becoming stronger. I have over 25 years experience working with children, adults, couples and families throughout their many stages of life to find peace and meaning.
