Making the decision to start therapy can be intimidating, and I am so proud of you for taking the first step on this journey. I believe that it is in environments of safety and non-judgment that therapy can provide us with the opportunity for exploration and growth, and my goal is to collaborate with you and to empower and support you along the way. My role in this process is to meet you where you are, and to create an environment where you can safely explore and process your emotions, cultivate deeper self-awareness, and create healthy patterns of coping that lead you toward reaching your goals.
