Education: M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling & M.Div. from Wake Forest University

Specialties: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) trained, Religious Trauma & Deconstruction, Career Transitions

Therapeutic Modalities: EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Strengths Based
