Navigating life transitions & challenges related to mental health and well-being is a complex journey, whether personally or witnessing a loved one face such struggles. I assist individuals dealing with various mental health concerns, helping them overcome feelings of guilt, burden, and shame that may hinder the pursuit of a balanced and satisfying life. With a focus on dismantling negative self-talk and boosting self-esteem, I believe in the transformative power of therapy for everyone, at any stage of life and it's never too late to seek help. My approach involves employing diverse, evidence-based theories and customizing treatments to meet the unique needs of each client. My goal is to make therapy approachable, welcoming, and a place that helps you grow.
