Seeking growth and change can be a scary but exciting experience. My goal as your therapist is to create a safe and healthy environment to help you reach towards your goals and the life you want. I work with adolescents (13+), adults, couples, and families to overcome the difficulties and obstacles keeping you from the life you want and deserve. Your goals are my priority. I believe in a client centered, strengths-based approach to help you recognize your potential and ability to grow. I would be honored to be part of your journey.

Licensure: Master’s Level Counseling Student, Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Education - University of Northern Iowa, Master’s Degree in Special Education - Arkansas State University, Master’s of Science in Counseling Psychology - Avila University (projected May 2026) 

Specialties: Addictions and Recovery, Trauma Informed Care

Therapeutic Modalities: Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strengths Based 

Hourly Rate: Sliding Scale
