Shyanne Purdy

Intern

I aim to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. I believe that healing and growth happen through connection, and I’m honored to walk alongside clients as they navigate life’s challenges, explore their inner world, and work toward meaningful change. I’m especially passionate about helping individuals manage anxiety, build self-awareness, and develop healthy coping strategies. I have a heart for helping individuals who find themselves amid life transitions—whether that’s a change in career, relationships, identity, or simply feeling stuck in an in-between season. These moments can bring uncertainty, grief, and growth all at once, and I aim to provide a safe, supportive space to process what you’re going through and discover your next steps. I approach therapy with empathy, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s journey. My therapy approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and humanistic principles. I believe in the power of examining how our thoughts influence our feelings and behaviors while also honoring your unique story, values, and capacity for growth. Together, I hope we can work to build insight, challenge unhelpful patterns, and strengthen the tools you need to move forward with clarity and confidence.
