Seeking therapy is a courageous step, but it could be one of the best steps of your life. As a therapist, my primary goal is to be actively and thoughtfully present with you in whatever space you find yourself. I consider our time together sacred as we listen to your life and your story, your challenges, fears, and hopes. In my 20+ years leading nonprofits and serving in helping professions both domestically and abroad, I’ve worked closely with young adults and a diverse array of communities and families. My leadership experience has given me insight into the unique challenges leaders face, and my work has also included facilitating grief work with bereaved mothers, widows, and widowers; supporting families and children with disabilities or special needs; helping young adults navigate life transitions and facets of their own spirituality; and leading groups and retreats for teams, college students, and parents. I’m currently working under the supervision of another Resolve therapist while pursuing my LCSW. I would welcome the opportunity to meet with you, hear more about what you’re hoping to gain from therapy, and explore how we might work together.
