Tricia Smith

LPC

One thing that makes our mental health struggles so hard is that unlike a broken bone or a bruise, often our trauma, our pain is invisible to others. That isolation can leave us lonely and depressed. Surviving instead of thriving. I will work to create a safe, affirming space that fosters connection and hope. We will work together to reprocess your traumas, address negative beliefs, and help you uncover your true abilities and put them to work in ways you never imagined. We’ll also look for moments of celebration, even if we have to look a little harder. Asking for help is the crucial first step towards healing. Just because no one else can heal or do your inner work for you doesn’t mean you need to do it by yourself. You are not alone.
