My hope is for therapy to be a place you look forward to coming. Whether you are wanting increased self-awareness, practical coping skills, or a safe space to process- I am here to provide that for you. I am a firm believer that all individuals are capable of making meaningful change in therapy if they maintain an open mindset. I will work with you to recognize unhelpful patterns of thinking, ways of increasing positive habits, and ways to reconnect with what is most important in your life. Together we will find ways to better manage symptoms in order to find meaning and purpose amidst the challenges life can bring.
