I work closely with adolescents, adults, and couples to process intense emotions, identify patterns of thoughts and behaviors that are causing distress and build new skills to improve functioning and relationships. I believe in a collaborative strength-based approach to help you recognize your inner power and ability to change. I would be honored to be part of your journey.

Education: University of Missouri-Kansas City

Specialties: ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider, Post graduate training in complicated grief, trauma informed care and acceptance and commitment therapy; Gottman training for Couples

Therapeutic Modalities: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gottman Method for Couples, Strength Based
