I work diligently to try and make this journey as rewarding as possible. I strive to create a welcoming and safe environment where my clients can have their voices heard, recognized, and openly express themselves. I believe that each individual faces unique struggles, and I work to empower and strengthen individuals throughout their counseling journey. I rely heavily upon the trauma-informed care model and embrace its guiding principles of safety, choice, collaboration, trustworthiness, and empowerment.

Specialties: Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (Level 2), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) trained, Depression and suicidal ideation, high-risk behaviors, emotion regulation
Therapeutic Modalities: EMDR trained, Postgraduate training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care, Person-Centered Therapy, Strengths Based, Attachment-Based Therapy
