Nate Allen
LCMFT
Perhaps you’re tired of feeling stuck, want a different perspective, and some help to start moving forward. That’s where I come in.
I’m particularly adept at seeing things differently and helping to make connections, creating something fresh and new in the process. I know what it feels like to start over, to reinvent yourself, and to be an outsider trying to figure out where you belong.
I am a firm believer that healing is not only possible but worth the effort. Few things excite me more than seeing struggles transformed to facilitate a future much different than we could have imagined.

Couples (using level 1 Gottman Method couples therapy)
