The first step is always the hardest, which you have accomplished! Seeking therapy can be unknown and scary, but you are choosing to invest in yourself. Have you heard of the acorn metaphor? A fallen acorn has the potential to become a strong and mighty oak tree. All it needs is the right conditions to do so. I am passionate about creating a safe space for individuals to open their vents and let out thoughts, feelings, and emotions causing burdens. I believe you are the expert of your own life with an abundance of potential. So, let’s work together to create those conditions, such as a safe and stable lifestyle with a healthy support system and strong communication skills, for you to grow into that mighty oak tree.
